The poses are nicely dynamic - particularly like the foreshortening of the arm holding the bow. The details of the clothing and faces are also well captured; the expression on the archer's face is very effective.
In terms of composition, it feels a little cluttered. There's no single focal point to the image, so the viewer's attention is more distracted than it should be. The colouring could have blunted/downplayed this a little (by e.g. using stronger colours on the archer and giving a bit of distance-blur to the girl behind), but it's important to keep in mind when you're creating the scene that there should be a key point for the audience to center on and radiate out from there. Even something as simple as moving the archer to the right of her current position, giving a block of back-to-back figures against a wider background.
Aside from that issue, a quality piece with some fine skills on show. Good job!

So, to start, HUGE fan of this it's beautiful and very well done. The color scheme, shading, and flow makes this a truly gorgeous piece of artwork and you should be very proud of this!
I didn't give a full star rating of originality mostly because the pose is something I see a lot of people do in this style so it's just not something new that makes me go 'Wow!'. But that being said, the style is unique in itself, like the coloring and shading, so I gave it a 4 out of 5.
Technique is one that I struggle to rate because it's so different between each person that I find it truly hard to actually judge and stay unbiased in my own personal preferences so hopefully you take no offence in this. While I am blown away by the shading here I do find it a bit heavy in places, yet it makes this seem more like a traditional painting so it changes up the complete image from many other digital paintings. That being said your highlights are amazing.
Overall the impact is awesome. I didn't give it a full rating because of the heavy shading and pose, as mentioned above, but I gave it a higher rating that I was going to because of the fact that this is truly visually striking. The expressions tell their own story, the flow of the image is smooth and the longer you look at this the more you notice and the more you like it.

I'm quite critical over manga-drawed pictures (many tend to be so amateur, that end up horrible), and yours is pretty damn good(even though i'm not a fan of that style)
Good coloring. Good shadowing(if you did it on computer, rather than actual paint, that makes it more impressive. Gotta be quite a hard work)
Nice poses (the perspective on Ashe's left arm bugged my mind a little)
DAMN, there's even smoke+blast trails on Jinx's guns!
"But why so few on Originality?" Well, you didn't put them in a perspective i've never imagined: Ashe and Jinx shooting, even together, are pretty standart.(What about those odd black marks?)

This is a really interesting piece in terms of originality as I am yet to see any other pieces including both Jinx and Ashe. I personally think Ashe's outfit could have been darker as though it consumed light rather than shone with it and the same goes for Jinx's hair which should have been a darker or thicker blue. However that said the piece is very nicely done illustrated and both characters have very good shape and neither is incorrectly overlapping the other which is a common mistake in many pieces. Overall a very good job by both of you.
