This is a really incredibly illustration of Xiao Qiao.
First of all, you put a lot of effort on how you did the design of the kimono outfit that she's wearing. I especially love the way how it was detailed as well. I also like how you did the pink ribbons on her kimono outfit that she's wearing.
I also like how you did the fan that she's holding in her right hand. As for the anatomy (including her boobs), you worked really hard on it as well as the sideview posing. I even love how you did her beautiful hair flying around her too.
Lastly, you did wonderful on how you drew the flowers surrounding her as well as the rest of the background.

This is indeed a very elegant piece you have there.
First of all, I would like talk about the surrounding and background. It is very magnificent and splashing with life. Although, the only thing I have to say bad about it is that I wish the flowers weren't outlines in black, it could have been in red or white or pink to enhance the sparkling effect, but other than that, it is perfect.
On the other hand, the character is very well done and I love entirely how she was drawn: beautifully and with grace. Her black hair does a well constrast against the light colors of the surroundings. It is perfect!

Like ~FallenAngelGM I think you shouldn't outline the flowers in black, it breaks the feeling of reality which give us your drawing.
Except that, this picture is...Wonderful with a capitalized W. ^^ I don't really understand why you drew this hood pole ^^ But I'm crazy about this beautiful moon...
