oh nice, but i've always found it difficult to say that a permission is needed to just use my artwork. you see, a wallpaper or a skin is actually created to be used on a user's desktop and nobody really needs a permission to use it there.
i've used this in my Artist's Comments for a long time.
but as i said, it's odd for a skin or anything to which the only pupose is in fact using it.

i think you got me wrong there.
your current and previous badge are telling just the same about using artwork, but both are confusing when it comes to items that are made for the only purpose of using them. and that's in fact skins and wallpapers. to put it in other words: why should i not be authorized to use your artwork on my desktop? why would i need your or anybody's permission to use it on my screen?
doesn't really make sense for our type of artwork, you know.
personally, i've used "please don't use my graphics without permission", which basically means the same, but the term "artwork" describes the entire deviation imho, whereas "graphics" is more specific and refers to any little item in an artwork.
i don't know. it still doesn't quite say what i'm trying to convey in a badge, i think.

for now, i'll stay with the current one cause i already added them in the description on most of my gallery.
Anyway, I think i'll be making another one in something with the line: "Please do not modify and/or redistribute without permission" for a more general feel to it instead of just the "graphics" since not all my skins are actually made up essentially only the graphics but as well as codes and other stuff.

actually, i think i'll go with the "please don't use my graphics without permission" because it gives more justice especially when someone wants to port my skins to another app.
