Vision - Didn't really know what to put for this in all honesty.

Originality - The character itself appears to be an interesting combination of familiar themes brought together. I like the sense of fashion and the personality that the pose gives off. This is the kind of character that I'd want to learn more about.

Technique - There are a numb of things I do an don't like about this piece. I love the purple color scheme with the hint of yellow as yellow is complimentary to purple and it garnishes the piece nicely being used only on the stopwatches. However, what bothers me would be the difference between the two shoulders. I understand it may be a stylistic choice, but with one shoulder being more pointed and the other being more curved it is a little off putting. I'm pretty fond of the approach to shading that you used though. as the mix of cel shading and blended shading is pulled off very well.

Impact - While your art style is something I'm fond of, I feel that the piece could be improved through the usage of either the full body or a better cropping of the image. The fact that you cut off your character at the legs while leaving some of the coat hanging past displays an odd sort of contrast. I feel that the drawing could have had a greater impact on me had you just cropped it above where you cut off the bottom of the legs. I am also a little put off by the fact that you have hidden one of their hands behind their back (?) as the way it is drawn is a little bit unrealistic as at least some of the hand would be shown in my opinion.
