OH NOES SPOILERS??? ...maybe?????Loki's spine is severed! Thor, you're gunna have to princess-carry him back to Asgard. ;9 Oh I only wish. Loki is such a pretty princess. ..............ANYHOW. If you have seen the new AVENGERS, you will know what scene brought this on...and if you have not seen it yet...SHAME ON YOU PUT DOWN THE COMPUTER AND GTFO TO A CINEMA.
PS. I spent more time than I should have pencil-shading this thing. Then spent about 10 minutes slapping colors on in PotatoShip.
PPS. I love the Asgard outfits in these movies, but I hate drawing all their amazingly sexy fiddly Nordic/Celtic bits. They have been greatly butchered in this image.

I think they only reason Loki's spine survived the experience is because Asgardians (... and frost giants) are made a bit sturdier than they look.
Feel free to write a fic, it isn't like I own these guys either. XDΒ (Although I do hope you could send a link my way when it is finished, I would love the read.)
