Name: Murielle
Title: The Curiously Sage

Height: Mildly tall, but not overly so.
Build: Relatively squishy.
Alignment: Lawful Neutral.
Powers / Domain: Inspiration, Ingenuity and Epiphanies
Murielle facilitates imagination and creation through observation but does not actually control either. She merely allows others to make better use of the resourses that they already have available to them. She also presides over awe and wonderment, in those cases where it is important for things just to be seen.
She can generate a "Eureka field" that slows time and heightens the senses of those within it, while granting insight and clarity. Something akin to "bullet time" (wanananana) or certain meditative or day-dream states.
She wields the Mallet of Inspiration and is caretaker of the Idea Spark. The Mallet does not usually do any physical harm, but rather creates a mental jolt that allows the receiver to "clear their head" and connect stray thoughts. The Idea Spark is more of a mystery, even to Murielle.
Personality: Murielle is a hermit with attention-span issues. She doesn't get out much. When she does go out, she tries to be polite and helpful but tends to keep others at an emotional distance. Not out of any dislike, she is just too easily distracted to form lasting attachments.
Murielle is not a deity of action, nor can she abide conflict. Her solution is always informed calm discussion and mutual compromise...or finding a place to hide until the loud noises stop because sometimes people just won't cooperate.
Realm: A whimsical little cottage in the woods.
Since her domain is over an ambiguous construct, she doesn't technically have a realm but chooses to live where she does. Those who need her assistance can always seem to find their way there, but it doesn't exactly exist anywhere per say. For all intensive purposes, she lives in a homey little cottage in the middle of a wood, near a mountain stream, with a large garden of oddly shaped yet practical plants. The cottage itself butts into a very large tree, which is also somehow part of the cottage, holding more rooms than it would seem able.
Followers: No one follows her specifically, she isn't a goddess that is looking for beleivers, being more of a personification of a concept. However, if anyone tends to call on her it is philosophers, inventors, day-dreamers and people who stare at things or nothings-at-all for too long.
Minions and Relationships: She has a dragon companion by name of Hearsay. He isn't a flesh and blood animal, but a spirit creature based on the concepts or rumors of dragonhood. Because of this, he isn't entirely definable in size or shape but always comes across as a dragon. He is a bit cynical and prone to sarcastic or critical comments.
