Crossover story:  7 years after the events of Megaman Battle network 6  a strange digital anomaly appeared in the Digital Matrix. This Anomaly cause system failures and data disappearing without a trace   and no one knew the cause of it. Most people believe it was hackers or a virus. But most sighting of the anomaly claim it's like the digital barriers where sinking in. Many cyber cops and even commander Beef claim to be the work of hackers. But all of that change when the Draco event happen During a Netnavi world tournament a massive digital appeared one bigger then anyone had seen and then a Digitama egg came though and then it hatch into a Gigadramon. The ultimate level virus digimon destroy everything in its away many netnavis try to bring it down but it was effortless but Lan and Megaman.exe weren't the ones to give up. They gave it there all but Megaman took heavy damge from Gigadramon's Genocide gear. But as hope was fating another digimon came thought Iceleomon he strike the gigadramon on the head with his blade and then strikes Gigdramon with his Ice beast fist and there he push and then tackle Gigadramon back into the anomaly. After the Draco event more and more digimons started to appeared all over the matrix ranging from rookie all the way up to ultimate level. One day while Lan was on his computer and he had his P.E.T connected into his computer. A Veemon found it's way into his P.E.T there Veemon got into a fight with megaman over territory but Lan and Megaman was able to befriend the Veemon. There Lan became one of the few people who tamed a Digimon but soon more and more people and netnavis where able to tame digimons. Due to the many people taming digimons and keeping them in the P.E.T with the netnavis. The P.E.T got a upgrade it became the P.E.T-M.O.N this new device was able to house both Netnavis and Digimons in a well space and large digital environment as well of triggering digivolve. Netnavis tournaments where change now both netnavis and digimons battle along side each other. as the world welcome digimon a great darkness grows in the digital world. A piece of the life virus crash into the digital world there it awaken the great demon lord and they lay waste on the digital world leaving it into darkness that's why many digimons came to the human world as they where fleeing the darkness. As the demon lords rampage though the digital world the 4 holy beasts try to stop them but they where defeated but iceleomon was able to save there Digitamas and bring to the human world. Later in Lan, Megaman and veemon and there friends learn of the four holy beasts from iceleomon and when the sovereigns hatch into there rookie forms. The demon lords sent machinedramon to destroy them. And when machinedramona arrive and battle against Megaman and Areoveedramon  & Protomon and rizegreymon the netnavis and there digimons fuse together into Ultraforceveedramon and Shinegreymon. The 2 megas destroy machinedramon. After the battle Lan and his friends travel to digital world along with there netnavis and digimons to save the digital world and defeat the demon lords.
