Description
This picture was actually going to be a happy moment between the two newlyweds (after the wedding, they're finally alone together and clothes were going to be coming off) but this idea of Jim bringing Andy her bouquet before the ceremony suddenly popped into my head. After all Jim is a rebel - he doesn't let wedding superstitions tell him what to do. I imaged he'd tell her "It's time we started making our own luck."About their clothes: I have recently fallen in love with blush pink - it's absolutely everywhere where I work and it's just an adorable color, especially on someone Andy's complexion. Her dress is mix between 1800's and modern day. Jim tuxedo started out normal for his time period but then I remembered navy men get married in their uniforms - so I took his cadet uniform, mixed it with Prince Eric's final costume [link] and bingo! The BG sucks but the pic ain't about the BG. The flowers were a ref but I lost their source yesterday.
Jim Hawkins belongs to Disney
Andria Jane was created by me for him

Things that still stand out.
1. You still draw characters with giant heads.
2. You still draw characters with tiny, short sawed-off-looking legs. I mean look at Jim. Everybody knows that the crotch is the midpoint of the body, but here if you measure from his crotch down then take that length, the legs don't even quite reach his clavicle. The giant head exaggerates this even more.
3. Probably the worst part is her shoulder. As I've mentioned before, when shoulders are raised the inner corner by the neck does not stay down, and the outer edge does not raise up, making that upward slope. That looks really bad. Also, her arm at the top of the shoulder is WAY too small. It looks like a peg stuck on, like a nutcracker. And if she were reaching across herself, her shoulder would rotate some in front of her body. Instead you've got this upward sloping body mass that's still straight on, and this peg arm stuck to the front going across her body. It's pretty glaring.
4. Waists still way too small and cinched in, looks like she's wearing some bad corsettry. And you've still got those tiny irises with way too much white in the eye.
That being said, the bouquet of roses is cute and the dress is kind of cute. The pink does look good on her skin tone.

At this point it would be way too difficult to correct all the things you mention but I disagree about Andria's waist - have you seen the drawing style for Treasure Planet? The women in that movie are shaped like this - it's not realistic and yeah I realize more of the picture is my style but sometimes I try to make it look like the original movie style. Doesn't always work.
As for his legs I tried a bit of a perspective and it didn't work out. Honestly I don't really care that much about my fanart so if it seems half assed it probably is.

If you're OK with it being that way, that's up to you. I'm just saying if you want to improve upon it you need to be aware of it. And I'm not sure about the perspective thing. It doesn't look like we're looking at them from a downward angle at all, and you seem to always have huge heads and stumpy legs.

Well it was supposed to be a slightly downward angle but it just didn't come out right. Actually I shrunk their heads and lengthened both of them from the original scan - so if it's still wrong oh well

Maybe, but there's also nothing in the profiles then to indicate the angle either. It looks completely straight on. Anyway, between that and the broken nutcracker pointy shoulder you still need a lot of real-person anatomy study.
