Decided to try this out with the original characters in THS and TCG (My opinion on who goes in these spots). Spoilers down below for those who haven't caught up with the THS/TCG Universe:

Lawful Good = Lumina
Is the most innocent of the three sisters. She thinks about the positive aspects unlike her sister Satura who thinks about the opposite in a troubling situation. She reaches her limits however when she feels that it's right to escape and interact with the ponies.
"We'll keep our loyalty to you. That's a promise"

Neutral Good = Hureca
Is like a motherly figure to her sisters. She is willing to guide Rainbow Dash to defeat King Sophiros and reassures her that she is not alone in this mission.
"One important thing you must know is that you are not alone"

Chaotic Good = Blue Streak
This little genie can use her magic for anything, but mostly to help her friends..................and summon multiple boxes of donuts.
"No I'm being serious! I can do anything! With a flick of my tail, I can give you wings!"

Lawful Neutral = Satura
Worries for her sisters in a different way; pointing out the negative side of things rather than the positive. But she has her reasons for not escaping out of the canem lands, despite slowly draining their power source.
"I know but…..we can’t. If we left, we’d be souls like Hureca. And we still have enough power to help the ponies of Equestria with their land. You understand that right?"

True Neutral = Nistee
Adjusting from darkness, she is apologetic of her mistakes and worries whether she'll be truly forgiven for her crimes.
"I know I must start believing in her now, but when she's like this deceiving my mind......"

Chaotic Neutral = Liaco
She follows her beliefs, but is still unsure for the most part to speak up about the terrible things her father will do and plays along when he is nearby.
"But I’m his daughter! He can’t do anything to me!"

Lawful Evil = The Canem Guards
On the side of evil, but still feel that something bad will happen to them if they do something wrong. As they are not top in power, they have their limits.
"Do you think he will do it?" "That’s what I’ve heard" "Well our master is more powerful now. Those puny ponies don’t stand a chance!"

Neutral Evil = Tenebris
Hurt by being banished by her sisters, she seeks revenge on the next pony to perform the sonic rainboom (Rainbow Dash). She does everything she can to make her suffer to take her sonic rainboom away. She's even willing to take Equestria for herself in order for her sisters to take her back.
"You wanted to get rid of winter, and now all of Equestria is destroyed and your friends hate you forever. I see that as a fair consequence"

Chaotic Evil = King Sophiros
Unhappy with the pathetic land he has to rule over, he makes it his mission to take over Equestria and steal the goddess's power. Even go as far as to destroy Equestria to make it his own, not even concerned about the damage.
"We must crush the land on which we step on, otherwise we have no gain. Crush the land held by those ponies, only then we'll feel no pain"
