Sorry but I made it from their logo as a vector.. Thats a custom typograph.

What comes to making a "embed" effect like that:
Set font color black, Fill 10-25% depending on the background color

Blending options
Drop Shadow -> distance 1px Size 0px Color "white" Blending Mode "normal"
Inner Shadow -> distance 2px Size 3px Color "black" Blending mode "normal" or "overlay"

Very easy.
