No clue, I used GIMP like 9 years ago! ( I'm 20 now..) But I know you can run Photoshop on emulator with Ubuntu, just get a Portable Photshop CS5 and run it on Wine !

You should try out the newest version, it's mostly on par with photoshop, which is impressive in itself for FOSS. They pretty much overhauled the entire interface to match the single-window workflow, although it's not enabled by default for some reason.
I might give it a go, although I'm pretty sure CS5 is beyond my budget (haven't looked yet though).

It will be based on a Rainmeter shell + 's Bello since I cant find time to code the VS manually and cant use StyleBuilder since its in Spanish :<

The only "free" version I can find out of it is in spanish... and this is only a hobby for me so not interested to invest 30$ on a license I will barely use..
