I have option in my nova , Nova Settings/ Appearance/ Show Notification Bar [x]/[ ]... I'm not sure if it's "appearance" cause my Nova is running in finnish! But it's in the menu wich icon is like small color palette!

The transparent "black bar" is part of the wallpaper and I have just placed white UCCW template I made over it Looks like a status bar, but really just a widget
