hmmm..for drawing anime(advice:try diffrent anime style, then choose one of the style u like it and develop it(mean keep on practice) and reference go for manga,magazine and etc.but i personnally thinks that its pretty to get reference on drawing style in DA but but u can get the different style on drawing anime character eyes in DA(usually female)...for lineart here is the best tutorial(from my own personal view [link] (if u rae a mouse user) and here [link] (IF U ARE A TABLET USER) but for cging...hm u can find the tutorial in DA and YOUTUBE...here [link] this cg tutorial will come in handy when u know the basic stuff in cg.....(so cherrish this cg tutorial^--^)..cheers good luck and HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!!!!^o^

oh i use pen tool to do it....programme use is paint tool sai.not photoshop.sorry but i think u cant also use photoshop to do it but in alternative method.
