I only really make texture when I have a bad night of insomnia and I seem to be having a lot of those recently so I got the textures for the crossbow done. Also surprise gif if it works, which I believe should.

Did a weird thing of wanting the crossbow to look like one of those assassin crossbow they keep on their arm so the normal texture has my Minecraft skin's arm just a part of the texture. I looks really goofy in third person as you can see my arm just holding another version of my arm but in first person it work perfectly fine. If I ever release this texture back out to people I'd replace the texture with the no armed version above.

Also the reason the string is neon light blue is because it's a reference to an old Minecraft spider oc that had this color to her. This very much shows how this texture pack is mainly for me to fuck around with textures and pixel art as no one would ever correctly figure out why I made it that color if I didn't flat out say that. It would look kinda out of place with the rest of the texture aesthetic if one didn't know it still played by my strange rules.

And also about the design, the crossbow itself is based off my dark oak plank's aesthetic as crossbow link back to Illagers and my Illagers have a dark oak gold thing going on. The arrow is made from spruce and very obvious flint.

Still trying to mess around with the weird layout concept. Hopefully this way of showing these textures serves it purpose enough.
