I loved how Iskandar, who was supposed to be the King of Conquerors, Alexander the Great, showed to be the more democratic and diplomatic of the three. He was no different of other kings or nobles from Macedonia, Greece or Persia; but the power of his will, the stubborness to achieve his dream (even if he was aware of it's imposibility), made him something more than a king. Being just a man, an equal to his "hetairoi", the companions, he turned to be like one of those heroes of the miths her mother told him during his childhood.

Wow I agree with you. Because of that, he is my favorite character in Fate/Zero, and I draw this picture just forΒ Iskandar.
