To clear things up with some people: Puppycat is the outlaw. It was practically stated in the epidsode. Bee I don't think has an relation with the Space Princess.
I think the Space Princess was just there to turn the Space Prince into a 'beast' (aka Puppycat) and now the warlocks are coming after him. Bee and Puppycat met under random circumstances
(meeting in the rain and then Bee taking him). I think Bee is just kinda a regular girl caught up with Puppycat.
