This is an entry for 's contest "Pokemon Formes." Basically, you have to take an existing Pokemon and create an alternate form for it.This is Rapidash's Zephyr Forme. To obtain it, after beating Red at Mt. Silver, go talk to the Fan Club President in Vermillion City. He will rant about how he loves Rapidash, and then will tell you to go back to Mt. Silver, because he hears there are powerful Rapidash there.
There will be a new opening in the cave; go inside and you will emerge in a field where you will be able to catch Zephyr Rapidash. Take a Zephyr Rapidash back to the Fanclub President and he will be so overcome with joy that he will make you the new Fan Club President! He will give you the Pegus Wings, which allows your Rapidash to change between Formes.
The Zephyr Rapidash's flames turn blue to mimic the wind, and it has wings of similar blue fire. It also becomes a dual Fire/Flying type.

Very nice! And I love the background--the Fan Club guy always makes me laugh.
I love how you did the grass in this picture. With the flickering flames of the Rapidash's tail and the cloud, it looks like a strong wind is blowing.

The lighting for the background isn't the most original, but ohh well. I'm glad you sense wind blowing; that's what I was trying to show.
