I mean, technically, Pi is pretty much an infinite number in terms of its digits, so we may never know what the final digit is.

Well, since Pi is the perimeter of a circle with 1cm of diameter, logic and physics say it should be an exact number, as it is a finite concept, yet it doesn't seem to have an end, so until we find it, it'll remain an irrational number

Another way would be to use the most exact measuring tool possible, something that can measure up to an atomic level, and use it to measure the perimeter of the 1cm Diameter circle, that will give us the Physic Pi, which i guess is the one anyone should use to make calculations for real world applications
