The poor left hand technique and the fact that in the shadow I can see it is a student instrument take away from this shot some. The bow is moving yes, but the bend of the bow hairs is unnatural for even a fairly loose haired bow, it draws my eye as an issue rather than just quick playing.

The slight bow motion on the tip does help. Okay, so I expect near perfection in how a violin is held.
