Thx dude. If you like it you may want to check my other wallpapers - you'll love them. 
To be honest I don't want to share the method I make this kind of wallpapers, you know every artist has his little secret. But I'll tell you something: I'm always using PS and GIMP (both) to make my walls and most of times I render then with Lens, Gaussian and Radial Blur, many color editing, optimizing the contrast and brightness, and the most important: I'm using all of my Imagination. That's why most of people are just seeing here some blurred nice colored wallpaper, but I'm seeing a storm, a rain in his worst - A Sadictic Rain!

my parents not that rich to buy a good camera or a fast pc. still i am not crying about how poor i am. i'm always happy
i am hoping to be good in designing my mom says i am very creative but i still need to learn
very much stuff. thats why i am asking designer's on the internet how to do stuff
sinds i saw your stuff. i got addicted with the still. so simple but still hard to make
i am hoping to make my parents proud to be rich and famous as a artist
