My entry for kilala97 her awesome contest!I wanted to draw some interaction between Prism and Star at very young age. Showing how it all started between them and showing Prism Bolt his fear of heights.
I used no base, Except for Cutie marks but who doesn't (I did take a look at Prism and Star their wings so they would be right, and copyied the wings i drew for Rainbow to the others, as some sort of base.)
Prism: ‘Come on mom do I really have to do this. You know I’m scared of heights.’
Rainbow: ‘I know but you’re a pegasy you need to learn how to fly one day.’
Prism: ‘But I’m scared.’
Star: ‘Don’t be scared it’s fun!’
Prism: ‘But what if my wings aren’t strong enough.’
Star: ‘Come on Prism, Don’t be such a scaredy-cat!’
Twilight: ‘Star that’s not nice.’
Rainbow: ‘Of course they are, your dad and I are the best flyers ever, you must have gotten some of our talent.’
Star: ‘Come on it’s so much fun!’
Prism: ‘But what If I fall.’
Twilight: ‘You won’t and If you do we will catch you.’
Prism: ‘Can’t I just lie down on a cloud like twilight?’
Star: ‘it’s easier than walking’
Prism: ‘Says the pony who trips over her wings.’
Rainbow: ‘Prism!’
Prism: ‘Sorry mom.’
Rainbow: ‘So are you going to keep hold of my leg like that or are you going to test your wings.’
Prism: ‘You’re going to catch me right.’
Rainbow: ‘I don’t need to you will be fine on your own.’
Twilight: ‘Of course, we’ll catch you.’
He released Rainbow her leg slowly as he flapped his wings.
Rainbow: ‘Open your eyes Prism.’
He opened his eyes slowly and looked up at Rainbow.
Prism: ‘I’m flying!’
Star: ‘Finally.’
Twilight: ‘Star!’
Star: ‘Come on and try to catch me . . . . . If your fast enough.’
Prism: ‘I’m going to catch you!’
Star flew fast up followed by Prism as Rainbow and Twilight watched them.
Rainbow: ‘I was afraid that kid never was going to fly.’
Twilight: ‘Well I’m glad Star is so happy now, she always keep tripping over her wings, I was even afraid they were not build to fly.’
Rainbow: ‘Well she got them from you, unlike the talent she must have gotten that from Flash.’
Twilight: ‘Thanks Rainbow.’
Rainbow: ‘I think I’m going to lie down as well, the foal is kicking me again,
Twilight: ‘Again!’
Rainbow: ‘Jeah and really hard at the moment. Lucky I’m not Rarity, She had so much pain with Claire and Turquoise.’
She said as they started laughing.
Prism: ‘mom look how awesome I am. I’m flying.’
Star: ‘Jeah but you’re never going to catch up with me.’
Prism: ‘I am!’
Star: ‘No you're not!’
Prism: ‘Come here!’
Twilight: ‘I’d never expected to get so fast pregnant after Star.’
Rainbow: ‘Jeah me too, well I hope this one isn’t going to be such pain in the ass as Prism was at birth.’
Twilight: ‘Don’t talk me about it Starburst her large wings hurt me so much back than.’
Rainbow: ‘Better than a horn if you ask me.’
Twilight: ‘You sound like Flash.’
Rainbow: ‘Oh I didn’t knew Flash had experience with giving birth.’
Twilight: ‘Rainbow.’
Rainbow: ‘Sorry Twi,’
Twilight: ‘Oh well I hope the next one has a horn, I always wanted to teach my kids everything I know about magic.’
Rainbow: ‘Just like I want to learn mine how to fly as awesome as me.’
Twilight: ‘You really never change. Do you.’
Rainbow: Nope, well I’m going to check upon them.’
Twilight: ‘Jeah me too.’
Rainbow and Twilight stood up and spread their wings as they flew up to Star and Prism
