Description An old, old picture here. This was my first attempt at doing 'cell-style' coloring. By that I mean I copied the original drawing onto a transparency and then painted behind it w/ acrylic paint. The "Ranma" logo I created in an old computer and then printed out onto the colored paper that I used for the background. The "P-chan" letters I actually printed out, cut around and then pasted on top of the paper.

P-chan & Ranma 1/2 are © by Rumiko Takahashi.

Computers > Traditional Cell Shading. But it was worth trying for the experience.

That looks great. I'd never think of doing anything that way.

Heh, now that I have a computer I wouldn't do it 'that way' again. (It scans it horribly... needed tons of adjustments, and still looks a bit off.)

Only the umbrella shading, from what I see.
