ok, here is a quick PS tutorial
put the file you are working with on "grayscale"
Image -> Mode -> Greyscale
Now change the Mode to Bitmap.
Image -> Mode -> Bitmap. Choose Halftone Screen. In the Halftone Screen box
apply the settings: Frequency:12; Angle:45; Shape: Round. You may experiment with the Frequency as this change the size of the dots.
Change the Mode back to Greyscale. Make sure the size ratio is 1 and click OK.
Now change the Mode back to RGB. Apply Filter->Blur->Gaussian Blur - Radius: 0.5 pixel..
Thats it. Now copy this and put it on your working document with the setting: Soft Light, Ocupacy: 35
