People wanted to know how I colored my traditional art so nice and clean, so I thought i'd make a tutorial!  I hope it's not too long winded, I sometimes have a hard time summing stuff up nice and short..  To help that, I tried to circle stuff and show enough screenshots for it to explain itself if you didn't want to read. ;v;

Please excuse any typos.  I just didn't care enough to reread everything like 4 times... xD

Yeah, I used to do that kind of style on good ol' DS Flipnote but I haven't used it or tried translating the technique into any of the programs I'm using now to make digital art. Good stuff good stuff.
