Description from my fragments project. basic concept is that i gather information from real life and combine them randomly to make these pieces. all the people that i draw are based on real people, and the words from real conversations or books or music, backgrounds from places i've been or seen... and so on.

materials used: authentic aged paper, pencil/graphite, gouache, old frames.

my favorite part of this has to be the faded forest in the background. the girl in the foreground draws attention with the dark, solid lines, but the forest adds a nice touch to it. :]

Gorgeous, especially the hair and the smooth shading on the nose. "Incombustible" is missing a "b", though. D:
