very well done! i agree,the mist effect looks marvelous ;3,and it's something i think i will try next time i work on photoshop.
and if you want anything to experiment on next time you work with rain,you could get a better effect of wetness if you make him appear and drops landing on his coat [though with the mist it looks equally as awesome X3]
