i actually enjoy this because the nations have to smile for their people and with all the memories in their mind it makes them insane and this picture shows of what it can do for you... and since it's italy he's allways made fun of so this shows he trying to force the pain down and not show it afraid it will pull him in and he will never be able to escape 'till finally he cant handle the pain and... "reset" himself.

You simply search, download, and unzip the model's folder and move it to MMD's Folders ^w^ You need to make sure that all the textures and such are in or else it will appear funny in the program.
Most of the Hetalia Models, if that's what your looking for, are either password protected, taken down, or on different sites such as NicoNico and Bowlroll...which you would need Japanese for -w-.
