COOL! I love this 1 too but somehow I liked the sketch better. I just thought it looked more natural on the sketch but still, NICE WORK! I did a picture of him saving me, he's just so COOOOLLL ^_^!

youve done very good so far.
You can start with just adding darker colour around places where you think it's shade. Then think of where the light actually hits the "surface" and see if the shade is wrong placed.. or.. somethnig xB
