I like the horns on the back of the head. They seem almost like a crown, like he's king of the sky and you better not mess with him: especially because he has a scithe the size of a wing... I also love the choice for merging avian and draconic elements together (at least the head looks like a beak, not sure if intentional...) and putting clothes on him makes him seem somewhat cultured; like he's not just a monster.
In conclusion: this art is awesome andd so are you, Kudos!
