What will Himari do when/if she will get a boy/girlfriend? I mean, a relationship in itself brings a certain amount of heartthrob, excitement and embarrassment even before they would be confortable enough with each other for Himari to let the bf/gf milk her. This without taking into account the problem of the physical strength needed to do the deed. And bringing Lily at all their dates could be problematic.

Only Lily can manage because Himari's boobs get so big that the average adult wouldn't be able to carry them, and Lily has incredible superhuman strength. Also, Lily is the only person Himari is comfortable enough with besides herself to milk her back down. Himari has a 'condition' that makes them swell excessively with milk when her heartrate goes up(excited/embarrassed/scared/exercise etc).

Once Himari gets REALLY big, the weight's too much for anyone but someone with Lily's strength to get her somewhere private and drain her, haha.

Okay, but why does that mean Lily has to be the one doing the milking? You said Lily is the only one who can CARRY her, but carrying has nothing to do with milking. And why can't they milk her right then and there? She's already exposed.

Because being embarrassed from being exposed will only make her problem worse, and it will continue to negatively spiral until Himari gets somewhere private with someone she trusts and can calm down. She can't have just anyone milk her because anxiety and embarrassment still make her heartrate increase, and so also make her milk output increase.
