Hey there! Super cool cosplays! I think that they are a little bit hard to see because of the filters that your using on the images, which makes them dark.
If you are using a blur and setting it to multiply, I would suggest lowering the opacity on the blurred one. You will still get the cool glowy effect and we'll be able to see your faces! 
Also kudos on that awesome pose with the skates in the back there! XD
