Yes, I use a tablet and photoshop CS2 to draw. (sometimes SAI as well but not for this one)

Twidash contest
Nice drawing!
Looks quite interesting for a human pony-ish thing. The unclearness about whether they're human or pony makes it have a vague sense of identity about it, which can leave people to wonder. It leaves somethings to the viewer's imagination! Now, I'm not very good with human anatomy, but it seems like Twilight's leg starts too high up, if you know what I mean?
Dash's wings looks great, and the feathers, colors, and shadings look awesome ^_^ Although the wings are really big, it envelopes the drawing and creates a sense of completion. It also adds to that mysterious aura I commented on above. Her ears are a little too big, but I really like her hair! It flows nicely.
The background creates a sense of calmness, helped by the comforting hug and the wings that wrap around. Great job! Seven out of ten ^_^
