Description Drawing each and every single one of these hairs took me an eternity to do! But i am very happy with the result, it was definitely worth the time ^^

I give this my..."Seal of Approval"...e.deviantart.net/emoticons/let… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="395" title=" (Lick)"/>
BUT in all seriousness this is a pretty good drawing.

In terms of vision, I'd say you were going for a nice drawing of a Seal. I'd say you accomplished that in spades. The thing I will mention though is that with the drawing, the brighter parts of the Seal's fur is a bit too bright, which hides the potential for more detail on the right side of the seal. Carefully adding more darker fur details so they reach further across the Seal will make the lighting seem less extreme. As well, the aura details fade out towards the bottom right. Touching up the aura so that it goes all around the Seal will make the drawing seem more finished. Now that the major critiques are out of the way, I'll praise the shading and colouring as well as the facial details. They capture the profoundly amazed expression that Seals have for everything.
I can't tell for certain what the background is, I thought at first it was just a white background, but then I noticed it was shading as opposed to blankness.
I think it's either Artic Snow or an Ice Wall. If either of these are the case I'd say you did a good job, but if it was blankness, I would suggest extending the range of the Seals aura so that the drawing becomes more focussed on the Seal and will draw less attention to the negative space surrounding it.
I will give you 3.5/5 for Vision.
Good attention for detail, but some tweaks here and there will make it better.

The category I'm practically going to ignore is the Originality category, I'm not going to deduct marks just because you decided to draw a well known animal and probably used a reference image.
So I'm going to base the mark solely on pose and shading, of which I'll give you 3.5/5.
The Seal has a pleasantly surprised expression and a cool aura, which makes for a pretty good drawing in my books.

Your line strokes and pointillism dots are very good, which gives the Seal plenty of detail and a sense of realism. So in terms of technique I'll give you a 4/5.
Great work!

IMPACT
I looked at a nice looking Seal, which I'd say was a fairly pleasant experience. Thank you for that...e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>

...IN TERMS OF DRAWING THOUGH, as mentioned earlier the drawing looks a little bit incomplete. Fixing up a few areas will make this a really cool looking piece.
I shall bestow a 4/5 for impact.

Great work overall! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>
