Got this done in 45 mins. I know Know I used filters but I am familiarizeing myself with the filters in photoshop if you look at my last wallpaper the KH II one you can tell I pbarley used any filters and it looks like shit basically...Well anyway here is my most hated charcter in a fighting game ever Devil jin (Jin is also hated) but this Pic looked cool and it was huge that i had stored away in my PC. I think this looks rather well a few grunge brushes here and there and a filtered background makes it look al the better.

My next wall will be a vector collage of funnay anime faces (not a normal thing for me to do but it should be interesting). I hope I can make something good.
And please use this on your desktops Tekken fans I think it would look great when used at Max Resolution.
