the original photo was taken by me. john needed me to take a stock photo for him that a person requested (jessy had taken head shots of john with headphones before, and the guy wanted some without). this was a loooooooooong time ago. i'm going through all my old images right now and came across it. recently in john's wired magazine we saw his head. thought they used one that jessy took and just manipulated the headphones into ears. nope...was this photo. hehe
