Yes~ I use Sai for sketch/inking/colors (I think it's better because of the stabilizer). And Photoshop CS4 for finalization/Backgrounds *v*

Stabilizer? Is that like the smoothing which make all your lines un-pixelated and curvy?

The stabilizer helps so the lines don't stay too shaky, it's perfect to work on long line such as arms, legs and hair~ (as well as shade 'em) *^*
