Nightcrawler x Reader
Chapter Two
Release of the Kraken- Sort of

It stared back up at you with black, unblinking eyes. It's body was like a walrus's, just with more tentacles. It had gills surrounding the lump of fat that must have been it's head. It's wide mouth was black, teeth everywhere- reminding you of that scene from Star Wars where Luke is about to be pushed into that pit. Your thoughts were cut short by Nightcrawler teleporting a little bit to the left, avoiding a tentacle by the skin of his tail. You shouted out for the others, flash stepping down the cliff and onto the rocky shore. Nightcrawler joined you shortly with a half naked Wolverine and an assumedly wide eyed Cyclops. Assumedly because you can't actually see under his goggles. But there were two red hot beams of light scorching the sand by your feet, so the evidence was rather supportive. You made a surprised noise, stepping to the side before he looked up and removed his fingers from the side of his goggles, apologizing quickly.
"It fine. Next time point it at the tentacle slinging monster that just came out of the sea." You say to him, and then the action began. You watched as Logan jumped on to the monster, slicing off tentacles that grew back two-fold, until Cyclops began scorching the skin where the tentacle was separated from the body. Logan was caught moments later, wrapped up in a slippery appendage.
"Oh hell no, I've seen enough porn to know where this leads to," He said, slashing through the tentacle.
Then everything slowed down. Professor Xavier rolled forward.
"Who attacked it first?" He asked calmly, brows raising in amusement as Logan raised his hand, "and did you see it attack?"
"No, he didnt. But I did." You say, and Xavier nodded. "Well I've calmed it down, but next time observe before attacking." He let time resume normally and a tentacle reached out and grabbed you, plopping you into a wet, smelly, sharp mouth.

The mutants watching were open mouthed, accusational thoughts flinging themselves at Xavier. Until the monster started melting. They watched in horror as the monster began howling in what could only be pain. Kurt teleported Scott and Logan back onto shore just in time for the skin to explode with a gross steaming liquid, and you dropped into the water, covered in stomach acid.
