EPISODE 1 SYNOPSIS: ORIGINS-
Before Rita goes to Earth to destroy it. She is an apprentice to Zordon a high wizard of Eltar. He has a big fascination on Earth because he was assigned to protect it. (All planets with life-forms have a protector; Eltar is filled with wizards and witches that assigned to protect a planet once they become a high level wizard.) Rita is a saved soul, she was the daughter of Master Vile, a great evil who tried to take over the universe. He was defeated; but left behind his scared daughter Rita, young apprentice Zordon took her under his wing. They fell in love.

One day Rita travels to her home planet Bandora (unknown it was) to gather material Zordon sent her to get. Rita stopped by her father’s spirit, learns who she really is. Goes back and asks Zordon about it and tells her who she is Rita Vile daughter of Master Vile. She then runs back to Bandora; and looks for her father spirit once more, raged with anger and revenge for her father, she makes a pact with her father to become the next GREAT EVIL, cursing the Scarlet Ruby around Rita’s neck, Master Vile uses the last of his powers and gives it to Rita so nothing could stand in her way.

Returning one year after granting her new powers, Rita goes back to Eltar with an army, by her side her new General Goldar, and her monster maker Finster. Rita made Finster make a monster like army soon to be known as the Putty Patrol. She takes her army and attacks Eltar. During Rita’s one year away from Eltar, Zordon conjured up the Power Morphers, 6 with the spirits of Dinosaurs and one with the power of the animal that he favored so from his last visit to Earth; The White Tiger. Packing up to move to Earth to become Earth’s official Protector, Rita walks in and presents herself as the GREAT EVIL. In a heated verbal fight; Rita claims Zordon saw her as repulsive because of her heritage, so she tells him “From this day forth, I should be known as Rita Repulsa”.
Making Zordon choose her over his death, he spits at her and says “I’d rather watch you burn than join you”; Zordon grabs the cases of the 6 Dino Morphers, as Rita blasts at him, one morpher falls out and before Zordon can grab it Rita fires at him again so he can’t have it, Then Zordon orders his trusty robotic assistant Alpha 5 to teleport them out of there. Rita then evaporates back to her camp and says “GOLDAR/FINSTER, Pack up your things” “Where are we going my queen?” Goldar says. Rita ends with “ Zordon loves that precious planet more than me, so I’m gonna take it away from him” “I don’t understand my queen?” said Finster. Then Rita raises her staff to the sky and wields a portal to take them to Earth and screamed “ITS TIME TO CONQUER EARTH!”

OVERALL SYNOPSIS:
A celestial being grants five unlikely ordinary young adults with attitude to fight off a galactic witch named Rita Repulsa from destroying and taking over Earth.
Alex, Lea, Eddie, June, and Clay join forces and learn quickly to use they newfound abilities to become the Power Rangers.
