I couldn't decide whether to put this in Book/Novels or Movies/TV, since I referenced the lovely Hugh Laurie and Stephen Fry for this pic... but I went with Books/Novels in the end because I cannot WAIT to read some Jeeves and Wooster. <3A friend of mine introduced me to the series, even though she insists that the show should be called Wooster and Jeeves, but that makes very little sense. She let me borrow her DVDs and I've just finished the fourth and last season. (Sad me...
) But! I have been triumphant in finding Carry On, Jeeves, the redone first book in the series by P.G. Wodehouse, and I shall read it once it comes in at my library. I have it on hold. *excitedness*I think I did fairly well with these two. Jeeves and Bertie are both such loves. I gave Bertie a bit of a healthy blush, because he's always embarrassed or unsure, it seems. And Jeeves is probably about to either attack him with a comb and fix his fly-away hair, or about to rip that tie off him and exchange it for one a bit more suitable. At least Bertie's not wearing an ugly or improper hat, or else Jeeves would really go to town. :3
Disclaimer: Though PG Wodehouse's books are now (as I've read) public domain, I don't own the characters as portrayed by Hugh Laurie and Stephen Fry, or the show Jeeves and Wooster as seen on BBC and A&E, etc. etc. I don't own Hugh or Stephen themselves, either. Too bad.

Edit again: Mostly fixed. Jeeves!Head still bothers me, though.

Really? Wow, I'm surprised, considering fans of Holmes often also like Jeeves and Wooster. Well, the Jeeves series by P.G. Wodehosue (who admired and was inspired by Arthur Conan Doyle) is often compared to Sherlock Holmes, though it is, rather than a serious mystery series, a delightful comedy series about Bertie Wooster getting into a whole lot of trouble and his valet Jeeves getting him out again usuing deduction, psychology, and clever schemes. Wooster is often considered a sillier Watson, as most of the books are narrated by him, and Jeeves is considered a Holmes copy-cat, though his character is definitely different in many ways.
I'd recommend both the T.V. show and the book series if you like comedy reading, and they do occasionally mention Sherlock Holmes, as Bertie quite enjoys reading the Strand stories. (It's set somewhere in the early to middle ninties.)

I looked at my local library's online card catalogue and they don't even have any of the books...just an audio book...:/
