Description
Got lucky and caught the female lion awake as I passed by the exhibit. Only got three shots in before she laid back down next to her king.This deviation is a 100% crop. I only toned down some shadows and highlights.
This photo was not shot through a barrier.

Hmmm... you're right. It could be too late to have a little kitten though? Not sure if lions have em in the winter (goes to look it up)
