This is some nerd I draw a lot named Sneckdraw. He’s got telekinesis powers, but it does quite the number on his skin. To the point where the only reason his vision isn’t obstructed by cysts consuming his face is because the metal “Hair” attached to his mask in pumping meds into in the skin at all times.
He’s a pretty strange guy all things considered.

HOW DOES THE TELEKINESIS DAMAGE HIS SKIN.
I HAVE TO KNOW.

He was suppose to be able to read minds but the project failed leaving his mind broken and with telekinesis instead. The damage done to his body is from chemicals his mind produces when it uses the telekinesis and that causes the reaction in the skin. Kinda like how the brain releases endorphin's when you're in pain. Or at least that's the reason in universe.
