Yet again, an amazing astonishing picture taken by you. The vibrance of the image and it's saturation capture a great mood of cheer, of a sunny pleasant day. It makes me want to dive into this picture and freeze myself in the moment of this weather.

One of my favorite places around my home. I drive there often by bike and simply set on the grad to watch the lake. I tried to capture the feeling I always have there. Think I get it on photo

Yah, you totally did. I can feel the sun rays on my face just from looking at it. Wish I had any remotely beautiful place like this nearby. Sadly, only shallow shades of gray around. But at least some architecture around brings some feelings of past centuries, but that's it.

You are so right, intense is an incisive description for it. I'm glad you like it!

amazing, I love how right after having unpackaged your full-spec Nikon you already found your very own palette of colors, I really love these pure golden tones on foliage cheers

So happy to see you work in full-spectrum
Did you start experimenting with different custom WB?
It is so much fun!

I made a lot of different wave light cut-offs and post processing's but I think there is still a lot of research.
WB is alwas set to bright foliage and I make it in the post processing because my new camera has a problem with a pre-wb on foliage, the beast says alwas "no good"... hate this! My D80 let me do pre-WB on foliage

Look for a freshly painted roadstripe (the white ones, not the yellow ones), those reflect visible and IR light near perfectly, I'm not sure about UV though.

You're welcome ^u^
Ever since I found a really white stripe on a sunny day (half a year ago), I've never changed my custom white balance anymore xD

The same on my D80 but the D7000 don't accept a proper WB for Infrared... that bitchy beast!

You don't have to WB on the brightest foliage actually because your full-spectrum cam isn't infrared only!
Because it has been converted to sense Uv, IR and VIS the amount of light that hits the sensor is absolutely huge and something one needs to keep in mind when shooting FS
One of my best custom WB was set on shooting a whole daylight scene including skies, buildings and trees - but basically when you shoot with a cam that has been converted to full-spectrum you are supposed to custom WB on something grey or light grey -Kolarivision even provided me with a special piece of grey colored card for this custom WB -wich I never used by the way but that is always in my Nikon's bag
I strongly encourage you to try your WB on everything and anything possible until you get your favorite results (and yeah, sometimes the cam will refuse your custom wb but you just need to try another angle or scene until it accepts it)

I try a lot with my D7000 but the always refuse custom wb with infrared filters attached :/ with no filter in full spectrum I can make pre wb but there I don't need it. I life with that problem and make it in Lightroom with my camera preset, that works well
