You have to feel bad for the people who were part of the company now losing their jobs and have to start from scratch. Warner Bros Discovery has announced that Rooster Teeth is done. Now they are selling a few of their products, which are Red vs Blue, Gen: lock, and RWBY. you get to know more information about this tomorrow on Rooster Teeth, I think.

And I have a question, what will have to RWBY? And which company will buy the I.P. address?

The pretty best guess would be crunchyroll and even that has questions.
