Description
Mermay has been all the rage among artists during this month, so I decided to join the bandwagon, but not without cheating a little. Nat is my mermaid for the occasion, and as someone designed as half human, half aquatic creature, it's not hard for her to fit the bill. To reinforce the idea, I included the surfboard to convey the image of a "fish tail" through composition.
Edit: Tweaked the shading and highlighting on the swimsuit.
