I like the overall composition of the piece. Also the nice deep read color of the blood. It's so hard to find fake blood that is a deep shade like that. What did you use?
Also nice pop of just a little extra color with the eye both times. Very nice color in all.

I used stock photo's, I edited it to make it more realistic like blood.
