Description
I recently came across a super rad artist who has the coolest freaking style and the coolest freaking comic that he might get PAID to draw if he wins the contest he's in. He decided to open his OWN contest in the meantime, and the idea is to create a villain for his comic, RockStar.

So here is my villain. His name is Klaus (obvious pun!). His powers come from his giant mauling bear-claw-esque mechanical gloves. The gloves are hardwired directly into his body and up to his brain, and the big creepy eyes are his primary means of sight. His real eyes were badly damaged during his first stint as a villain, and he is legally blind.

His gloves are obviously very heavy, and he couldn't carry the weight of extra defensive armor, so he made due with lots of padding. Those aren't actually thunder thighs. hurhur

> The eyes can can swivel around to look from his palms or the back of his hands

> Like normal human eyes, he can't move them independently of each other (ignore the misalignment in the picture plz)

> He has to move his hands around a lot to be able to see everything.

> He needs to "blink" to refocus the eyes if he's moving around too fast. This is done by closing and opening his hands very quickly. (the metal on his palms is finely plated to allow for some flexibility)

> The little ears on his helmet do in fact accentuate his hearing.

> He can take off the arms, but he doesn't like to because he can't see without them.

> He's a fairly intellegent person who likes to plot things out before he does them, and sticks to his plans like glue.

> He's also very chatty, and will talk about almost anything during a battle, from how great his plans are working out to a funny joke he heard at the park, to what he had for dinner and everything in between.

> His full name is Klaus Oberstein, he's 32 years old, and he's actually fairly skinny without the suit on.
