DESIGN CHANGE 3 (3-18-18): It's been a while since I redid Artsy's reference sheet, huh?
Artsy has been a part of me and my experience with the MLP fandom for over 5 years now. She's been my method of self expression for all of this, whether it be pony related or not. Through the edgy teen years into my adult years, she's been my little cutie through all of it, even when I didn't really treat her well as a means of venting. She means a lot to me, which is why even now I continue commissioning artists for art of her, not only as a means for me to continue supporting the wonderful artists of this fandom all these years later, but as a way of giving back to her for being my little punching bag whenever I need to, heh.

Personality: Artsy's a unicorn just like any other. A simple mare to just about everyone, but the ones who know her personally know her for what she really is; easily excitable, overly loud, obnoxiously nosy, and desperate for attention. However, they also know her as the mare with a heart of gold; willing to help even complete strangers if she knows she can, and the mare who'd support you through thick and thin if she considered you a friend. A bit of a showoff (she loves the attention), and quick on the draw when it comes to sassy remarks, Artsy's proven herself to be quite feisty despite her stature. Standing slightly smaller than the average mare, she's grown to have a large, sometimes overbearing personality simply for the fact of compensating. She puts up a fuss when others note her small demeanor, but secretly loves the attention she gets because of it. While not easy to embarrass, she's quick to fluster when it comes to any sort of affection, especially when aimed at her. A lover of cuddles, she absolutely loves any form of physical intimacy, whether it be a hug, a nuzzle, or even just a good hearted ruffling of her mane. She appreciates the down times with friends where she can just relax and spend time wasting the day away with them.
An artist in talent, Artsy's work time consists almost entirely of doing commission work for the ponies who desire her services. While still at a novice level, she hopes to one day become a professional, and help to teach the next generation of artists. Time without commission work is time for practice, and practice she does to become the artist she aspires to be.

Fast facts:
-While not related in blood, she considers Penn (Acesential ) an elder brother to her, aspiring to be an artist of his level someday.
-The furthest she's ever traveled in Equestria has been Canterlot, though she hopes to one day go as far as the Crystal Kingdom, and maybe even beyond to see the lands of Griffons, Dragons, Yaks, and even the Hippogryphs.
-She has a soft spot for the "creepers" of the world, somehow managing to find snakes, spiders, frogs, and bugs cute in their own way.
-Has a tendency of hoarding things. While they rarely ever become anything besides trash later on, she takes ease in the mindset of "maybe this will be helpful someday."
-Tends to be a lucid dreamer, a lot of ideas coming from the stories that manifest in her sleeping hours. A large reason why she can't sleep sometimes.

DESIGN CHANGE 2 (12-5-15): Another year, another update. Artsy's been my OC/Ponysona for a while now, and of course I gotta try and keep her reference sheet as up to date as possible due to my obsession with getting art of her. Seriously, her art pile just keeps growing and growing... But that's alright! I freakin' adore getting art of her, whether it be gift, commission, request, anything! It makes me really really happy to see her in so many different artistic styles~ As before, I've tampered with her colours to be more pleasing to the eye (mostly desaturating her eyes so they fit better with her already pretty pastel pallet) along with adjusting her mane. That old mane shape was.... weird, and I couldn't for the life of me draw it. ANYWAY, she's been revamped and is still as cute as ever! I've been sitting on this picture for months now, and I just decided it was time to upload it. THERE'S ONE FINAL ADDITION TO THIS UPDATE THOUGHT! I'll now be providing links to things regarding her! Hopefully that'll make it easier for peeps when they wanna draw her.

Personality: Artsy's a bit of a stubborn mare as things stand, and she doesn't handle being wrong too well a lot of the time. But this stubbornness also makes her a loyal friend to those who earn her trust; benefiting from her desire to make everyone she cares about as happy as they can be. She's usually doing what she can to make her friends feel better even when she's feeling down, and makes them a number one priority over even herself. Though sometimes she'll cave and complain about things, she tries her best to keep her own problems out of the affairs of her friends.

DESIGN CHANGE 1 (2-2-14): I completely remade the reference sheet. It seems that some people were having trouble with her mane, whether it was bangs or a comb over kinda deal. So I just decided to make a new ref sheet with the three main views you were likely to use. Also cleaned up the sheets look as well. Hope everyone likes.

So after weeks of trial and error with name, design, and color scheme, I am happy to present my new Ponysona, Art's Desire. I am certainly happy with her, seeing as to how close she is to me in actual appearance, you know, minus the blue skin. She is actually quite a nice and simple OC compared to some I have seen, and her color scheme is quite easy on the nice, such nice shades of blue and yellow~
You are sure to see more of her in the future, at least, I 'd hope so! You all are gonna drown in this OC's existence. O_O

So anyway, I hope you all enjoy Art's Desire, and I do hope you all get as much enjoyment out of her as I will.
