Description So, I bought this cute little pocket watch on a necklace. It seems impossible to find non-vintage pocket watches that have a lid WITHOUT holes in it. I don't want to be able to see the time with the lid closed, it kinda ruins the point of a pocket watch for me. So I decided to decorate the lid while closing the little holes/slits/windows.

Since it had twelve little windows, one for each number, I put a picture of each of the doctors into them, with a dalek at the very top. The tardis is of course in the center. The back/inside has a concept art picture of the inside of the tardis. I got all images from the official BBC website, shrunk them down, adjusted the color to have a slight brownish hue to match the outside of the watch, printed, sealed and TADAAAA, a timelord pocket watch.

I really like how this came out. The watch is about 1 3/4 inches (4.5 cm) wide, so the images are really really tiny

I love the front part...simply inspired. My only suggestion (and of course, feel free to totally ignore it), is to have some Galifreyan sigils on the inside cover, instead of the control room pic. Then it truly would look like something from our favourite Timelord's homeworld...

I actually wanted an action shot of the tardis flying through the vortex but couldn't find one I liked, so I settled for the console picture because I really liked it.

You can string any pocket watch onto a necklace. They're rather popular at the moment, you can find tons on etsy for example.
