Hmm, I should do some work... I know I'll distract myself with flashes and long exposures again... great idea! I can use my new tripod too, oww excitings...Title courtesy of , I only half get the rational, but I like it.

thats because "my form" is not long exposed, it's a single flash exposure within the long exposure
