I think this would be alot more effective without the cuts on the arm.
Heres why.
In my opinion, your eye is a great focal point for the image as I was instantly drawn to it. Its very subtle yet incredibly effective in adding mood and atmosphere to the scene. And partnered with the faint red patches on the rest of your body and lips, it all adds to the mystery and adds a bit of depth to the image as a whole. But unfortunately I think you've done this otherwise great picture a huge misjustice by adding those cuts which just look tacky and predictable/clichΓ©.
